Adam Draganich is a professional chef, world traveler, and startup enthusiast. With a professional culinary background and training across a wide range of culinary methods, he enjoys drawing upon an array of knowledge and techniques to customize every meal that he prepares.

Growing up in Chicago’s diverse and eclectic Hyde Park neighborhood, Chef Adam was immersed in a culinary melting pot from a young age. From staple local specialties such as city’s iconic deep-dish pizza to the exotic flavors of countless nearby cultural establishments, Adam's formative years were filled with an expansive spectrum of tastes that sparked his interest in cooking while shaping his understanding and appreciation for various cuisines that would later inform his future career as a chef.

Early in his adult life, Adam traveled for an extended period of time to Latin America, immersing himself in the rich food cultures of Peru while learning about the importance of fresh ingredients and traditional cooking methods firsthand. After returning to the U.S., Adam settled in Colorado where he increased and refined his skills at the Colorado Culinary Academy. His dedication and talent quickly propelled him to the role of head chef at one of Denver’s many exceptional restaurants. Known for his down-to-earth approach and creative aptitude, Adam continues to push culinary boundaries, always eager to learn more and experiment with new flavors. His story is one of dedication, curiosity, and a genuine love for the art of cooking, making him a chef you'd love to meet and share a meal with.
